Power Outlets
Conveniently there are several publicly available power outlets for you to charge your laptop and other accessories. They are found on the top of each of the large circular seating areas in the center of the two "pods" at either end of the terminal. Duty Free

Baggage Claim info
Baggage Carts are available at the entrances and exits and in the JFK Baggage Claim area. Each terminal has its own baggage claim area. If you've been a victim of lost luggage, don't panic. Look for the airline baggage office, usually located right there at baggage claim, and be prepared to fill out the paperwork. In case of medical emergency there are trained medical personnel on site 24 hours a day, while for non-emergency requirements there is a pharmacy situated in Terminal 4, open from 7 am until 11 pm.
